About the game

ChronoTrace is a puzzle game about time: record a run, turn it into an echo of yourself, and solve each sheet together with your own past moves.

Every sheet of ChronoTrace is a small machine drawn in ink. You slide until something stops you. Then you fork time: your run becomes an echo that repeats every action while you start again beside it. An echo can hold a plate so a door stays open, stand where you need to stop, or break a beam of light so you can pass.

The book has 43 handmade puzzles across 7 chapters, from the first slide to Convergence, where every rule meets on the same sheet. A new sheet arrives every day from a bank of 364, and Endless mode offers 1,450 more. Every one of them is proven solvable by a solver, together with its best move count.

A workshop lets players draw their own puzzles. The game verifies each design before it can be shared as a code or QR code. Short narrated lessons introduce each rule in nine languages.
